The Regent Experience
Wake to the sight of another new and breathtaking vista; viewed from your private balcony. Begin another day in the sanctuary of your sumptuous suite: envisaging the authentic cultural encounters that await you ashore. The anticipation of seeing the world through a personal lens.
Cross the Regent Seven Seas threshold and experience the exuberance of original discovery while indulging mind and body in the award winning luxury of Regent: spacious suites with private balconies, numerous big-ship amenities, impeccable service and world-class restaurants – Le Cordon Bleu® cuisine. Regent’s all-inclusive cruise collection encompasses a plethora of voyages; each customisable, to accommodate your own special pleasures and interests; so that you can explore the world from your own perspective – as a traveller, not a tourist.
A smile, a warm greeting, a cocktail waiting for you as you step out of the pool. It is service that makes a voyage with Regent unforgettable. Highly personal service that anticipates your every need; and that gives you the freedom to experience the joy of travel while others take care of the small but integral details. The numbers tell part of the story. Our service ratios are among the highest at sea – but that doesn’t explain it all.
You’ll notice the difference as soon as you step aboard a Regent ship. The fresh cut flowers and chilled champagne waiting for you in your suite. The Travel Concierge who knows the best restaurants in town and the best places to shop. The bar attendant who intuitively prepares your favourite drink, even before you ask. Sail beyond conventional luxury. Enjoy impeccable service. A ‘Welcome Aboard’ that is truly heartfelt. Attention to every detail.
Imagine a spacious, teak-decked private balcony. Watch the world go by as you relax in your own personal environment. No ships are more alluring than those of Regent Seven Seas: their fleet-wide accommodations boast the highest percentage of private balconies at sea. So breathe in the fresh salt air and relax. Enjoy a glass of champagne in your suite as you watch the sun plunge behind the dramatic horizon. Slip in between the finest Anichini sheets on a luxurious bed before drifting off with the rhythms of undulating surf.
Try an aromatic bath in your full-size tub, or perhaps dine in-suite or al fresco on your balcony, under a velvet canopy of stars. Twice-a-day housekeeping service and a refrigerator replenished daily with your favourite soft drinks and water; your privacy and personal space respected and meticulously preserved. So that when you’re off discovering the unknown, you will know that elusive sense of well-being, in the knowledge that every detail is being taken care of while you’re away.
And it just can’t get any better than that.
Considering the many different lands they sail to, you might imagine Regent’s restaurants to be correspondingly diverse – you would not be disappointed. But what you might not expect is how many restaurants there are to choose from…
There are four restaurants to choose from on board both Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner, most unusual for ships of their size.
You’ll find familiar international favourites, prepared to perfection in the Compass Rose. But the menu also encompasses constantly changing regional specialties so that you can enjoy an authentic culinary experience, consistent with the destinations you are visiting. For authentic Vietnamese cuisine, you might choose Latitudes, with its unique Indochine menu. Try La Veranda, an intimate Italian trattoria, which also serves al fresco lunch. Or savour the sublime Le Cordon Bleu creations in Signatures; such as duck foie gras terrine or cannelloni of lobster with vintage port wine. And if you don’t wish to dine out – dine in. Nightly selections from the Compass Rose menu are always available during dining hours for you to enjoy in the privacy of your suite.
Be deliciously indulged aboard Seven Seas Navigator. You won’t be able to resist the breakfast spread in Portofino’s with its omelette station and pastries warm from the oven. Or those specialty luncheons at the Pool Grill, such as the Oriental wok buffet. Once the sun has set, both the mood and food change aboard our most intimate ship…
La specialita della casa? Ristorante Portofino with its singing waiters and cuisine as exciting and diverse as Italy, itself. Enjoy the simplicity and natural flavours of Tuscan specialties, for example, such as risotto Milanese with delicate porcini mushrooms. Further afield, treat your palate to the gustatory pleasures of the Compass Rose with its international menu and vegetarian options. Try the sesame tuna, or perhaps a tender filet served rare.
Whether your passion is history, the performing arts or fine food and wine, you can explore the world through your own personal lens with Regent. On select sailings, we feature Circles of Interest – unique, themed programmes that go beyond what the tourist sees; offering guests the thrill of original discovery while indulging their special interests. You can immerse yourself in the local culture, going behind the scenes and off the beaten track to explore a destination your way. There are workshops, classes, lectures and customised tours led by ‘Circle’ guest hosts who are experts in their field. And along with the stimulation of enrichment and the wonder of the undiscovered, you’ll find yourself in a small, close-knit social circle of those who share your passion, enjoying an easy-going atmosphere of camaraderie, fun and friendship.
Of course, with each spin, the world changes and our Circles of Interest will continue to evolve and expand in scope. The goal is to provide the most unique, individual experiences on the ships and ashore.
It is a place of ultra-luxury and it awaits your pleasure aboard the ships of Regent Seven Seas. Elegant, sophisticated spaces. Lavish spas. Stimulating enrichment throughout the day. The highlights are as endless as the pampered moments in between. But it is service that you may remember most of all. A glass poured the moment you sense thirst. The summation of a thousand things. The attention to a thousand details. Leaving you with a feeling of privilege. And utter contentment. What’s more, our prices are all-inclusive so there are no hidden extras and no gratuities to pay.
As soon as guests step aboard Seven Seas Explorer they know they have arrived somewhere special. She is the most luxurious cruise ship to ever grace the seven seas and at every turn her designer touches astound, just as her professional crew delights guests by tending to their every need at a ratio of 1 to 1.36. She is intimately spacious, boasting the highest space ratios ever seen in the cruise industry, the largest suite balconies at sea, and the exclusive top-of-the-ship residence with a private in-suite spa, called the Regent Suite among her 375 suites. Guests choose from five exquisite dining options, including the exclusive Pan-Asian restaurant Pacific Rim and they may learn to prepare their own masterful meals at the Culinary Arts Kitchen – Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ first cooking school at sea.
