Over 50’s Malta
Le Meridien St Julians*****, St Julian’s Bay
Malta
Set in the heart of the Mediterranean between Sicily and North Africa, Malta is blessed with approximately 300 days of sunshine each year and makes the perfect destination for a relaxing off-season holiday. Being so far south, the warm climate is ideal for late Autumn, Winter and early Spring vacations, while the long flat promenades make it great for stretching your legs. It is not just the climate that attracts visitors to the shores of this magical island though – history abounds here and there are plenty of interesting sites to take in, as well as a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes Irish Over 50’s holidaymakers feel at home. The people are warm and friendly and delighted to greet you. There are regular flights throughout the winter months by Ryanair from Dublin and Easyjet from Belfast.
